Originally formed in the UK capital, by the middle of the 90s, the London-based group had become a household name. With a vast music career that spans millions of recordings sold around the world, Morcheeba are now an international sensation.
Making a welcome return to Australia, the band is led by leading lady Skye Edwards, with her smooth singing voice paired with the psychedelic guitaring of Ross Godfrey. Morcheeba fans attending the show will get a chance to hear a wide range of chill-out tracks that may include ‘The Sea’, ‘Part of The Process’, ‘Rome Wasn’t Built in A Day’, and ‘Otherwise’.
Headlining major festivals all around the world has secured Morcheeba’s global success. They also have the distinction of being among the very first western act to take their tour to China.
Morcheeba will now play at 170 Russell in Melbourne on Tuesday, April 12.
