What's Happening in Nunawading, VIC…

Annual festival to return to Nunawading

Nunawading residents are gearing up for the return of the annual Whitehorse Spring Festival, which brings the wider Whitehorse community together amid the return of the warmer weather.

Typically attended by over 20,000 people, the Spring Festival is considered the start of the larger Whitehorse Festival Season, which also includes the Carols event in December, the Australia Day Concert in January and Culture Fest in March, as well as a number of other smaller events.

The Spring Festival transforms the Whitehorse Civic Precinct and The Round theatre in Nunawading into a community hub featuring live music and entertainment, stalls, workshops and activities aimed at participants of all ages. It offers a chance for residents to connect with local community organisations, charity groups and not-for-profits, and learn about the services they provide through a range of free demonstrations, interactive experiences and informative displays.

Local government and community organisers often rely on banner printing services to provide the signage for large scale community events like this one. These events may make use of a number of products including entry and exit banners, large directional and informative signage, and various promotional posters and flyers displayed around the community.

The Whitehorse Spring Festival is scheduled to take place from 10 am until 4 pm on Sunday, October 19 across the Whitehorse Civic Centre Precinct in Nunawading.
