Fans of 90s pop in the Melbourne CBD area might be keen to buy tickets for the ‘Red Green Blue’ 2022 show by Hanson when the band tours in November.
The Hanson brothers were the darling of 90s pop with their international hit single ‘MMMBop’. The brothers Isaac, Taylor and Zac were all young at the time of the smash hit; Isaac was 16, Taylor was 14 and Zac just 11. With their long blonde hair and wholesome all-American demeanour helping to add to their appeal, ‘MMMBop’ was nominated for two Grammys and reached number one in at least twelve countries and has been Hanson’s most successful single.
The ‘Red Green Blue’ Tour promotes their album that was released earlier this year. Each of the brothers has penned a song for the album, so it is truly a collaboration. Such is the popularity of the band, some fans still recognise 6th May as Hanson Day; this was declared on 6th May 1997 by the governor of their home town Tulsa, in recognition of the release of the ‘Middle of Nowhere’ album.
Fans of music concerts are often alerted to events by the promoter’s use of poster printing to alert followers in the area.
The' Red Green Blue 2022’ tour show takes place on Thursday 17th November, from 7 until 11.30pm. The venue is The Forum, Melbourne, 154 Flinders Street, Melbourne, VIC. Tickets cost from $84.90.
