This year will be the 25th anniversary for the Melbourne Fashion Festival, which is set to be held in Melbourne CBD soon.
The Melbourne Fashion Festival is the longest running fashion event in Australia, and it is regarded as the most culturally important to consumer fashion. Unlike previous years, this year, the festival will be delivered both face to face and in a digital format, offering both ticketed and non-ticketed events.
The programme will take place over 10 days, and it will include runways by designer brands, award programmes within the industry, tour and retail packages, workshops and the Australian Fashion Summit. Brochure printing is a useful way to include information on what is being offered at a festival like this.
Major Melbourne Fashion Festival attractions include a live runway series presented by David Jones at the National Gallery of Victoria and the State Library of Victoria. Digital runways are non-ticketed and will feature designer brands such as Paolo Sebastian, Steven Khalil, Ngali and others filmed in various locations within Victoria.
Those that buy tickets will be able to shop the runway online, as well as over two weekends in person. Then there will be the Fashion Weekend, which will not only showcase the runway fashion, but will also include masterclasses, workshops, discussions involving a panel, styling opportunities and live music.
The Melbourne Fashion Festival will take place in March from the 11th to the 21st at various venues across Melbourne CBD.
