Melbourne wine connoisseurs will have the chance to explore and sample wines from across northeast Victoria, as the North x North East Victorian Wine festival comes to the state’s capital.
Attendees will have the chance to meet winemakers, sample highlights from the high country and order their favourite bottles directly to their doors.
Centred around wineries from the vineyards in the northeast of the state, the festival will feature exhibitors from the seven regions of King Valley, Beechworth, Nagambie Lakes, Strathbogie Ranges, Mansfield, Rutherglen and The Alpine Valleys. Hosted by Melbourne wine educator Melissa Brauer, also known as The Prosecco Queen, the festival gives attendees the chance to discover new wines and learn about the production and source of their favourites.
Guests can soak up the wine with food from catering team VenuesLive, who will be providing a selection of truffled dishes made to compliment the various wines on show. Complimentary tasting glasses, tote Bags and informative Brochures will also be included with each ticket.
