Fitness show to return to Melbourne

The annual Fitness Show is coming back to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) next month.

The event is open to both industry professionals and the general public and brings together Australian celebrities and brands in fitness, health and wellness all in one location. The FitFest Stage and Spartan Challenge gives individuals the opportunity to work out alongside their favourite celebrities. There are also opportunities to try out group fitness classes with advice from industry experts.

After sweating it out, attendees can visit the Wellness Hub for cooking demonstrations and free samples while receiving healthy living and nutrition advice.

To increase educational awareness within the industry, participants can choose from a number of seminars and talks on programs such as cross-functional training, health and nutrition, and business advice will also be available at the event.

Exhibitors promoting the latest in fitness education, health foods, and fitness clothing can be found on the Show Floor. Shows such as this often attract industry professionals who can exchange Business Cards whilst networking between scheduled activities. For fitness enthusiasts, the can be a good way to start making new connections within the industry.

The MCEC can be accessed by trams on route 96, 109, and 12 and is walking distance from Flinders Street train station. Parking is available onsite for a fee.
