Restful workshop to come to Greensborough

Fans of yoga and relaxation in the area of Greensborough may wish to sign up for the Pranayama and Sound Immersion Experience/Self-Compression Ritual in April.

The Pranayama and Sound Immersion Experience/Self-Compression Ritual involves breathwork and a cocooning sound journey. Calm and peace are induced by the peaceful sounds of Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls, chimes and drums; the vibrations from the instruments help foster a sense of deep harmony and meditation and allow a quietening of the mind.

The teacher of the course is Kristi Sinclair, a Level 2 Yoga and Meditation teacher, practitioner of Sound Immersion and Rainbow Sounds educator. Teaching since 2014, Sinclair is passionate about self-exploration and self-compassion. Sinclair’s learning journey has helped her through challenging times in her own life story, and she is keen to pass on her knowledge and depth of experience to others.

As owner of The Compassion Hub, Sinclair routinely delivers a variety of classes within the community, for both beginners and the more experienced. Local businesses and classes often use Stationery printers to produce advertisements to be displayed within community spaces.

The Pranayama and Sound Immersion Experience/Self-Compression Ritual will take place on Saturday 22nd April, from 3pm until 4.30pm. The venue is Alive Yoga and Pilates, Suite 1/92 Main Street, Greensborough VIC 3088. A ticket costs $50.
