Music workshop to take place in Greensborough
Youngsters in Greensborough can soon take advantage of a school holiday program where they can learn how to put on a show, to be performed at the end of a weeklong workshop.
The Bianca Fenn School of Music (BFSM) has previously run successful school holiday programs, so another is on offer for the community. BFSM is known to be a supportive and nurturing environment for students of all ages and levels of experience.
Run by Bianca and Dayna, a creative husband and wife team, all are welcome. There is an emphasis on application of skills and developing experience in a supportive environment. The professional on-site facilities ensure creatives develop performance skills by providing confidence in a familiar setting.
During the holiday program, participants will be writing a script together and learning or writing songs. Additionally, sets and props will be designed and created, as a backdrop for the end-of-program performance on the afternoon of Friday, 17 January. Printing services may be utilised in order to produce advertising material for local shows.
The Bianca Fenn School of Music School Holiday program will run from Monday, 13 January until Friday, 17 January, from 9 am until 3.30 pm each day. The venue is at 1/27 Simms Road, Greensborough. The cost is $450 per attendee, with a 10% discount for siblings.
