Personal growth expert to give workshop in Braeside
Female Braeside residents interested in self-development are invited to a morning workshop focused on building the pathway to success and clearing blocks that are inhibiting their progress.
Led by counsellor and coach Michelle Kerr, the Capacity Unlocked workshop is an opportunity for women to create the version of themselves that achieves their goals without the burnout or self-sacrifice that often comes with this.
Focused on ‘releasing what’s holding you back’, the workshop will encourage attendees to identify and change the external factors and internal habits causing unnecessary friction in their lives, exploring self-reflection, growth mindsets and building the confidence to live at their full potential. Attendees will also have the opportunity to support each other in an environment filled with like-minded people.
Leveraging her background in psychology, Kerr helps women to start sustainably expanding while healthfully balancing ambition, spirituality, relationships and identity.
Events like this one can be a great opportunity for driven individuals to connect with other entrepreneurs and leaders outside their usual professional or industry network. Business cards can be a useful tool to facilitate this connection, allowing attendees to easily share contact information and re-connect outside of the event itself.
The Capacity Unlocked workshop will come to the Events on Citrus event space in Braeside, from 9 am to 12 pm on Sunday October 12.
