Bayswater teens and brave parents are being invited to celebrate the spooky season with a two-day Haunted Theatre event, hosted by the Knox City Council.
The event will turn the Knox Community Arts Centre into a frightening labyrinth of a haunted theatre, inviting thrill-seeking attendees to try their best to navigate the spooky space.
Packed with fan-favourite horror tropes and jump scares, the Arts Centre will become a haunted house experience designed to thrill the community’s teenagers. Horror fans looking for a less intense experience will also have the chance to explore the maze, with a sensory-friendly hour scheduled both days that will remove the flashing lights and jump scares.
Families with younger children will still have a chance to enjoy the spooky atmosphere though, with the wider event featuring live music, food trucks, and market stalls. Attendees are invited to dress up and show off their Halloween spirit, with prizes to be awarded for the best costumes.
