Comedian to bring cheer to Adelaide

Comedy fans can enjoy a night laughing at the material of a comedian that is relatively new to the scene, but who is already one to watch.

Khaled Khalafalla is Egyptian-American. He has previously toured with Mohammed Amer and has played in venues around the world, including New York and the Middle East.

He has also appeared on Netflix shows such as Ali’s Wedding and Utopia, and is known for quickly adapting material so that every few weeks, the show is changed. The idea is that an audience can see him multiple times and the content is always fresh.

Khalafalla’s stand-up show tends to consider belonging, identity and the unspoken thoughts that burden people. The AU Review has said of him:
“This guy can do no wrong. Everything he touches turns to gold. He’s taking steps forward every day and it’d be a crying shame if you missed him in action.”

Likewise, the Herald Sun enthuses that he:
“Bursts onto the stage with confidence and enthusiasm and has the audience in stitches from the get go.”

Venues that host comedy events can use poster printing services to create promotional materials for display around the space.

Khaled Khalafalla – The It’ll be Funnier Tomorrow Tour is taking place on Saturday, 11 July, from 6.30 pm until 8 pm. The venue is the Rhino Room, 131 Pirie Street. Tickets cost from $51.69.
