Swan Valley prepares for October economic event

The National Economic Development Conference will be held at Mandoon Estate in Caversham, near Midland in the Swan Valley, with over 200 delegates expected to attend from Australia and elsewhere.

Presented by Economic Development Australia, this will be the first year in which Western Australia has hosted the conference, which will appeal to those involved in economic development both nationally and internationally. Government representatives will be present, along with agents from other associated organisations.

Themes of the conference include local government as leaders in economic development and “collaborating to achieve economic and infrastructure priorities”.

A number of government and industry bodies will be exhibiting at the conference. Keynote speakers will be addressing delegates and panel discussions, and a masterclass will provide opportunities for attendees to network with peers, as well as learn about current trends, and site visits will be available for those interested.

Speakers include Her Excellency Kerry Sanderson AO from the Western Australian Government, Professor John Burgess from Curtin University, and Colin Cameron, Executive Manager from the City of Swan.

As the event comes nearer, banner printing, Business Cards, Catalogues, Promotional Products, Brochures and Flyers are likely to be used for its promotion. The three-day conference will run from Wednesday, 5th October to Friday 7th October, at the Mandoon Estate and Homestead Brewery, 10 Harris Road Caversham.
