New Brisbane hotel set to open in 2018

Work on the Novotel Brisbane South Bank (NBSB) hotel is expected to be finished by 2018.

The construction of NBSB is due to start before 2016 comes to an end. With Kinstone Development Group (KDG) in charge of the process, the work should be completed before January 2019. Postcard printing in Milton could be used to promote what the hotel has to offer to guests.

Arthur Lui, a director for KDG, said:

“We believe that our new hotel will further enhance international and domestic travellers’ Brisbane experience, whether they come for conferences, exhibitions, plays, opera, or concerts.”

Simon McGrath, an executive involved in hotel management for the chain that will run the establishment, said that NBSB should have an impact on the performance of Brisbane as a gateway city. McGrath added that the hotel might gain from the brand recognition associated with its network. Novotel currently has nearly 30 hotels across Australia.

NBSB will include several important features when it opens, such as a bar, a restaurant, a gymnasium and a swimming pool. A pair of meeting rooms could help to attract professional guests, while interactive televisions and high-quality coffee are likely to appeal to all. Noel Robinson Architects (NRA) has delivered the design.

The Brisbane Convention Centre (BCC) will be in walking distance of the hotel. More than 60 parking spaces will be provided for the guests at NBSB.
