Willy Zygier and Deborah Conway are set to play a career-spanning concert in Milton entitled “Songs from the Book of Life” at a well-known theatre in the area. Live music venues of all sizes, from local theatres and clubs to international auditoriums, will sometimes use professional printing services to create eye-catching advertisements for the shows they stage.
A musician for over 40 years, Conway has played numerous live shows from lounge rooms to stadiums, and she has recorded and produced songs, shows, festivals and tours. In 1991, she met Zygier, and since then, the pair have recorded and released 10 studio albums. They also produced four different editions of “Broad”, the national series of concerts featuring all-female singer songwriters.
Described as Australia’s most important and consistent singer by the press, The Sydney Morning Herald once wrote:
“It is a challenge to find any musical work Conway has been involved with that isn't simply magnificent.”
From 2009 to 2011, Conway was the Queensland Music Festival’s Artistic Director, and she has enjoyed countless awards for her work as a solo artist and with her band Do-Re-Mi.
The Songs from the Book of Life show will be performed live at Milton Theatre on 69 Princes Highway on Thursday, February 24 from 7.30 pm until 10.30 pm.
