Milton market to celebrate pre-loved goods

These days, people are more aware of the ethics of buying, and the popularity of second-hand clothing with websites like Vinted and Depop mean it has never been easier to shop with an environmental conscience.

Those living in Milton and the surrounding can equally sell their second-hand clothing to a local audience at a Love Me Again Market.

At the second-hand market, stallholders can buy a pitch for a four-hour time slot that gives access to a covered space, a hanging rack, a shelving unit and a bucket for toys and Books.

The area is split into women’s stalls and mini and me stalls, which is a space predominantly tailored for baby and children’s clothing. In addition, there is ample parking and changing rooms so that customers can try before they buy.

Busy stallholders often use local printing services to produce price lists in order to give their stall a professional lift.

The Love Me Again Market is taking place this Sunday, 3 December at Milton Studio, 46 Douglas Street, Milton, QLD 4064, running until midday. To buy a ticket to sell clothing costs $90.74, and this will be one in a series of events.

The market opens at 8am, so stallholders are encouraged to arrive by 7am in order to set up and prepare themselves for the day ahead.
