Learn to make a seasonal dried wreath

Fans of floral displays in the Milton area may be keen to purchase tickets for the Seasonal Dried Flower wreath workshop with florist Fiona Adam in December.

A wreath is not just for Christmas and a dried flower arrangement is sustainable, beautiful and enables year-round decorations of a door or wall, adding a natural element to the home. At the workshop, preserved flowers will be mixed with complementary fresh foliage to create a stunning display that can be used in a variety of ways.

Fiona Adam, of Adams and Sons Flowers, is also a textile designer, and her understanding of form, proportion, texture and colour informs a keen eye for creating beautiful floral arrangements. Whether it be statement flowers, bouquets, buttonholes or anything in between, Fiona takes pride in creating the perfect floral accompaniment that distils the mood of the event. Bringing a sense of fun to classes, all participants are likely to be wooed by Fiona’s informal teaching style, enabling them to create something both beautiful and personal.

Business cards that accompany beautifully presented bouquets or other floral arrangements are a great way to advertise the skills of the floristry business creating the masterpiece.

The Seasonal Dried Flower wreath workshop takes place on Sunday December 4th, from 3pm until 5pm. The venue is The Plant Bunker, Crombie Street, Milton, QLD 4064. Tickets cost $128.29. No experience is required.
