Gardeners to unleash creativity in local workshop

The Clay Arc Planters workshop is happening this October.

Those in Milton looking for something innovative to do in the area or passionate owners of plants will find this workshop appealing. During the workshop, participants will be using their hands to design and shape their own planters.

The crafty afternoon will be facilitated by Kubist Design’s Gina. Participants do not need to bring any materials along as everything will be provided including hanging strips and tillandsia (air plants). Tillandsia belong to the family of aerophyte plants called Bromeliacae. They are indoor plants that require minimal water and indirect sunlight. Business card printing is often used by businesses to promote their services, products, and events, including workshops.

No prior experience is required as the workshop is suited to a range of skill levels and will be held in a relaxing and fun environment. Participants can expect to take home two handmade air planters at the conclusion of the workshop. One of these planters will be finished, while the other one will need to be cured at home.

Tickets for the workshop cost $110 each. It will be held on various dates in October, which include the 15th, 26th, and 29th October. On the 15th and 29th, it will be an evening event running from 6.15pm to 8.30pm, while the workshop on the 26th will run in the afternoon from 1pm to 3.15pm. It will be held at the Heart Centred Creative located in Bardon.
