Foodies from Milton are in for a treat this month, when the Good Food and Wine Show comes to Brisbane.
The three-day event will see some of Australia's top chefs take to the stage to showcase their cooking styles.
Among this year's stars are Masterchef Australia cohost and award winning chef George Calombaris, River Cottage Australia presenter Paul West, and sisters Sammy and Bella Jakubiak, who are caterers and former My Kitchen Rules winners.
Wine lovers will also be in their element with the chance to learn more about different varieties and even taste a few vintages. Meanwhile, those that prefer beer can head to Brewers Lane to find out about the country's booming craft beer industry.
Several companies will also be exhibiting at the show, including boutique food producers and businesses selling kitchen products. Many are offering special deals only available at the expo, but for customers who want to make a decision based on more than price, brochure printing will no doubt have been used to offer them more information.
Many food exhibitors will have samples available, but hungrier show-goers can enjoy a meal from one of the city's popular food trucks.
The show runs from Friday, October 30 to Sunday, November 1 at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. Tickets can be purchased from the official event website or on the door.
