The up-and-coming Melbourne duo Huntly are regarded as an evocative and engaging electronic act. The release of the sophomore second album ‘Sentimental Still’ this year is bound to provoke a lot of interest in the experimental pop arena. The new album showcases influences from UK garage, drum ‘n’ bass and alternative R’n’B. Huntley is made up by good friends Elspeth Scrine (vocalist) and Andrew McEwan (percussion). The sound of the duo is that of spoken word vocals that are then subjected to electronic effects and adjustments. The duo describes themselves as:

The debut album ‘Low Grade Buzz’ in 2019 earned nominations for the Australian Music Prize that year, and a nomination for Best Independent Dance Album at the AIR Awards in 2020. International recognition followed, with over a million streams to date.
