A public house in Milton will soon host a special drinking and dining networking event with entertainment to raise awareness and money for a good cause.
This spring, the Last Man Standing Pub in Milton will hold an event called “The Brisbane Brewers Lunch”. The October event is organised by brewery networking specialists Brewers Lunch, in partnership with SlipStream and Last Man Standing, the businesses providing food and drinks.
The upcoming occasion will feature a professional comedian as entertainment, a two-course meal and a chance for professional networking. Businesspeople attending networking events often pick up a supply of branded contact cards from reliable business card printing services ahead of the date.
Guests of the lunch will get a chance to learn more about the Last man Standing’s business as well as its beers. However, the event is also designed to raise funds and the profile of the registered charity This Story Australia (TSA) and its important work.
TSA interviews veterans to make video documentaries of personal accounts with the aim of preserving the legacies and experiences of those who have undertaken military service. It seeks to build a greater understanding of their sacrifices while serving Australia and the challenges they face afterwards.
The Brisbane Brewers Lunch will now take place at The Last Man Standing on Friday, October 31. The pub is easy to find on 67 Castlemaine Street in Milton.
