Brisbane business celebrates birthday in Geebung

A social club in Geebung will soon host the anniversary of a Brisbane company that specialises in holding inclusive dances for young adults with special needs.

Clique Brisbane is bringing its 2025 birthday celebrations to Geebung next month. Spring will see the company that runs social events for people aged between 18 and 35 with special needs and intellectual disabilities turn nine, and it is hosting a dance party to honour the occasion.

Businesses marking important milestones like anniversaries with events sometimes seek out specialist banner printing services that can create signage that calls out to key dates or achievements.

The Brisbane-based social events company hosts dances in the suburb most months. The parties allow young people with learning difficulties to connect with others and dance in a high-energy atmosphere designed to be both inclusive and fun.

All Clique events are entirely alcohol, smoke and drug free, and the dress code is smart casual.

Clique's “9th Birthday Bash” will now take place at Geebung RSL on Friday, November 21 in the Centenary Room. The social club is sited at the corner of Newman Road and Collings Street in Geebung.

Tickets for the party are $35 per person. This includes the price of admission, a light meal and a soft drink. Registration is required in advance to attend, with no walk-ins accepted.
