Participants can learn meditation and relaxation techniques that encourage stress-free living through a simple to grasp heart-based practice. The concept of these wellness practices aim to assist with stress management, and are designed to awaken an individual’s potential for a joyful yet simple existence.

The sessions are to be presented by Heartfulness Yoga & Meditation Australia, and over 20 per cent of participants are repeat attendees.

The Experience the Good Life meditation class will now be held at Riverstone Neighbourhood Centre on Tuesday, July 2. The centre is situated at 9 Park Street in Riverstone, and sessions occur in the evenings between 7.30 pm and 8.30 pm.
