A community hub based in Riverstone is offering a meditation class for complete novices this winter.
The Riverstone Neighbourhood Centre is offering members of the community a chance to attend a free meditation class in June. Aimed at absolute beginners, the event takes place mid-week in the evening, making it convenient for people to participate after work.
Local community hubs providing holistic experiences often trust dependable flyer printing services to create informational leaflets that explain activities they offer like meditation, mindfulness and yoga classes to interested parties.
The upcoming event is a Heartfulness Yoga & Meditation Australia Presentation. While everyone in the Riverstone community is welcome to join in, the one-hour class has been crafted with people with no prior knowledge and experience of meditation and heartfulness relaxation techniques in mind.
The session lets participants learn ways to meditate and relax to promote a more stress-free lifestyle. It involves a basic heart-based meditation practice to aid stress management in a group setting.
The free meditation beginner’s class will now take place at Riverstone Neighbourhood Centre on Tuesday, June 10. The class starts at 7.30 pm and ends at 8.30 pm and the centre is situated on Park Street in Riverstone. Those unable to attend the date will find that the class takes place regularly at the venue on every Tuesday during the year.
