An informative breakfast will be held in Brookvale later this month, where participants can learn about how to start a business or grow an existing business.
Hosted by the Northern Beaches Mayor, Michael Regan, there will be a wealth of information to be garnered at the session, including listening to a local start-up business who will share its ideas and tips on building a new business.
Experts will be on hand to give recommendations on the best avenues for hiring new staff, what is involved in the management of staff as well as payroll advice. The morning will also include discussions about not-for-profit and other government funded projects with a panel of experts being on hand to answer questions attendees may have on any of these topics.
The event is free to attend and will provide access and information to local services such as TAFE NSW, Service First NSW, the Waringah Chamber of Commerce as well as the Australian Tax Office. Event organisers may use printing services to create informative material prior to their events.
A light breakfast will be served and there will be ample opportunity to network with other interested business people. The aim of the morning is to help prospective and current business owners connect with educational facilities as well as offering support and mentoring opportunities.
The breakfast will commence at 7am on Wednesday 29th May at the Brookvale Oval Chairman’s Lounge.
