Aged care expo to feature in Brookvale

Brookvale locals are invited to an aged care expo coming to the suburb in March.

The expo will be hosted by the Aged Care Events Community NSW. This community event will bring together older Australians, families, friends, carers and industry professionals, connecting them with local supports and aged care providers.

It is designed for individuals exploring care possibilities for themselves or a loved one, or for support and care professionals wanting to connect with the community.

Attendees can explore a breadth of supports, services and information useful for older Australians, such as mobility aids, in-home care, residential options, financial planning, healthcare, travel and funeral arrangements.

There will be a focus on supporting healthy ageing and knowing individual rights to help a person prepare for their future.

Attendees can enter into meaningful communication with professionals and experts and can network with aged care workers and those navigating the system.

The first 200 attendees will receive free barista-made coffee.

Expo organisers can use printing services to advertise their event. A professional Print team can work closely with event holders to craft high-quality, contemporary and classy advertising that is attractive and engaging.

The Manly Community Aged Care Expo will be held on Thursday, 19 March. The location will be the Manly Leagues Club, 563 Pittwater Road, Brookvale. The expo will begin at 10:00 a.m. and finish at 1:00 p.m. Attendance is free. Registrations can be made through the Humanitix website.
