Skate party to roll into Brookvale

Brookvale residents are preparing for a skate party to come to the area in February.

The event Forms part of Brookiefest 3.0, an inaugural three-day celebration organised by The Brookietrail. It will be hosted by Chris Smyth and the team from Boarders Skate and Snowboarding.

The skate party will feature exciting live skateboard demos from skating enthusiasts. Experienced skaters will perform a variety of moves and stunts, and for the kids, there will be skate demos and free skate experiences, open to all ages.

For the real daredevils, there will be a Chilli Eating Competition designed to test who can withstand the heat.

The event sponsors, Boarders, Modest Eyewear and Sweetheart Skateboards, will offer exciting and generous giveaways. A DJ will create an atmosphere during the event, alongside three live bands. Sale Pepe will be on site to serve up wood-fired pizzas on the day.
