A world-famous ABBA tribute band are set to perform live at a theatre in Sydney, bringing a host of classic hits from the renowned Swedish pop group to Australia.
ABBA Devotees from Brookvale and other suburbs of Sydney are in for a treat this coming July. The celebrated ABBA tribute group Bjorn Again has announced it will be performing at the state capital’s revered state theatre for two back-to-back shows. The Sydney show is part of a new tour entitled “Mamma Mia! We Are Back Again!” and promises to be a dance-along and sing-along spectacular. ABBA fans attending the show will get a chance to hear a plethora of hits from the beloved pop quartet like “Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!”, “Waterloo”, “Fernando”, “Take a Chance”, “Dancing Queen”, “Mamma Mia” and many more.
With more than 7000 shows under their belts, the tribute group is well-known for attracting star attention. Their sold-out performances have been attended by the likes of Bill Gates, Tom Jones, Dave Grohl, Metallica and Robert Plant.
Bjorn Again will now be on stage at the State Theatre on Saturday, July 22 and Sunday, July 23. The Sydney theatre can be found at 49 Market Street.
