This July, a Wauwatosa fundraiser will be doing a good turn for some cats in need of a forever home, and it will provide a tasty way for the public to show their support.
Sendik’s Food Market has plans in the works for a fundraiser that will show some love to the furry friends at Almost Home Cat Rescue. All of the donations and proceeds from the activity will benefit the cause, and cash will be accepted.
The function will see the public enjoying freshly grilled bratwurst and burgers, and soda, chips, and water will also be available. There will be volunteers on hand to answer questions from the crowd about the Rescue’s charges, and they may even decide to start their application process to add a new furry member to their family.
