Wauwatosa is a community that loves its barbecue, and fans of this style of cookery may want to reserve their spot now for this year’s Big Pig BBQ Fest.
This annual event draws together eateries from across the Milwaukee area, all vying for the bragging rights that go along with the BBQ King crown.
At least 15 food service operations will be showing off their grilling skills in the event, and the general admission ticket holders will be able to purchase samples to their heart’s content. Those who want the ultimate BBQ experience may want to opt for a VIP ticket, which includes early admission and food and beverage samples.
While the food will be the big draw for many, there will also be a lineup of entertainment to enjoy. Beer and bourbon will be poured, and each of the attendees will be asked to vote for their favorite entry in the BBQ competition.
