Wauwatosa event to have wine lovers in the pink
Summer and the lighter rose wines often go hand in hand, and a Wauwatosa event will be celebrating this connection.
Ray’s Wines will soon be in the pink, thanks to its Rose Day festival. It will take place outdoors so that everyone can enjoy the May sunshine and fresh air, and tickets are $50 each.
Those who include the gathering in their plans will be able to sample pours of over 100 different types of rose in what is being billed as the event’s biggest year yet. There will be two large tents set up in the venue’s parking area, and local food vendors have been invited to lend their talents to the occasion. As the activity has sold out well in advance in previous years, the organizers have advised anyone interested to reserve their tickets as early as possible.
A wine tasting other activity where food and drinks will be served may call for custom Drinkware, and Print shops will have a variety of options for this. They can provide everything from tasting glasses or champagne flutes to growlers printed with a graphic design chosen by the customers.
This day dedicated to breezy summer rose wines will run from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm on Sunday, May 19. Ray’s Wines is located at 8930 West North Avenue in Wauwatosa.
