Known as reindeer to Laplanders and caribou in North America, Santa has sent some of the team of furry friends who pull his sleigh down to Wisconsin to meet with Wauwatosa kids.
While the reindeer are busy preparing for their big night with the Jolly Old Elf, they have still saved some time to stop by The Corners of Brookfield for a holiday event. It will take place at Market Square, and tickets are $25 each.
The kids who attend the activity will be able to meet some live reindeer, and photos will be taken of the fun. Each ticket includes a printed photo with the reindeer as well as a cup of hot chocolate and a goodie bag of treats. A dance party with live music is also on the agenda. Only one ticket is needed for each family or group, and everyone interested is asked to sign up for a specific timeslot.
Getting pictures taken with Santa and his friends is a popular activity in many communities. Printed backdrops can be prepared by a banner printing company, which can also offer promotional Pens and other stocking fillers to give out to the kids.
