A new season is set to spring into the Wauwatosa area, and to help celebrate its arrival, a workshop planned for the area will create some colorful pieces of garden decor.
The participants in a class planned for Art-N-Soul Design Studio in Brookfield will be creating fused glass flower stakes, which they can choose to keep for their own beds or give to someone special. Experience is not required, and masks are encouraged.
The learners in the session will be able to choose glass from the precut pieces that will be available or, if they wish, they can get some hands-on experience in cutting it themselves. Each ticket holder will make two stakes, and they will be fired and available for pickup within seven to ten business days. They can be used either indoors or out.
Crafting classes offer a way for someone who is interested in a particular hobby to try it out with some expert assistance. A flyer printing company will be pleased to help with the marketing side of hosting this sort of activities.
This introduction to crafting fused glass will be on offer on Saturday, April 2, and it is scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm. Anyone who has questions about the function has been asked to contact the host by text at 414-258-1185.
