A new development of luxury apartments in Wauwatosa will soon be open and ready for its first residents to move in to their new home.
The new buildings, named Echelon apartments, are located at Innovation Campus. Each of the dwellings has been constructed of high quality materials, and there is also a grilling area, and outdoor pool, and a butterfly habitat.
The development is being built by the Mandel Group at a cost of $45m for the six buildings, each of which will have three stories, with the total number of units being 188. They are pet friendly.
Along with the new buildings, there are four historic ones that were constructed 100 years ago. One will be retained and repurposed, and is being converted into an administration and recreational facility. It is hoped that someone will come forward with plans for the others so they can remain standing.
Though the first residents will soon be moving in, the final apartments will not be completed until 2016. So far, couples who want to downsize and young professionals have been the first to express an interest in renting a unit for themselves. A Print company can Print Signs for the property, as well as materials that can be compiled into promotional packages that can be given to prospective tenants.
Rents on the apartments start at $1,195 per month.Get a Free Quote for Signs Get a Free Quote for Print
