Expansion plans for bakery in Wisconsin

Simma’s Bakery in Wauwatosa is likely to expand in the aftermath of the closure of PJ's Frame & Gallery.

The bakery has been open for three decades, and the intention is that it will use an adjacent building. If its management want to attract potential consumers to an event to showcase the new space, obtaining flyer printing from Wauwatosa companies may help.

One of the bakery owners, Peggy Carollo, has told Wauwatosa NOW:

“We've been trying to grow the business and we just needed more space to grow. I feel like we're a landmark in Tosa, and we have wonderful customers and wanted to stay in the area.

Carollo and her husband have been in control of the bakery for a period of four years. In this time, they have become aware that space is a constraint on their ambitions in terms of their pastry line. In addition, they have said more room could help them to address the needs of couples preparing for weddings.

It has been claimed by Carollo that general demand from customers has also been a driver of the expansion idea. The necessary building has been acquired, but city permission is still needed for the project to go ahead. The aspiration of the owners is that everything can be open for business when Thanksgiving comes around.
