Chamber reaches out to help restaurant with two types of service

The Wauwatosa Chamber of Commerce (WCC) has opted to represent an organization that does not trade in the city. The result of this decision is that Evolution MKE is using the WCC.

Evolution MKE is a restaurant at which ping pong is played. Katie Ryan Pluer is the marketing director of the business and she has pointed out that it is located within a small number of miles from Wauwatosa.

An enterprise from outside the city may attract additional trade if it joins a business group with a central location. Kari Miller, who has recent experience of being employed by WCC, has said that this fact may partly explain the decision of Evolution MKE. The firm in question could use digital business card printing in Wauwatosa to help it in terms of marketing.

Ryan Pluer has explained the importance of non-profit events to the outfit. Speaking to Wauwatosa Now, she said:

"We don't say no to anybody. We offer our space for free for non-profits to do fund-raising events or volunteer appreciations. It's a lot of fun, and when people are having fun they tend to give more money."

The management of the venue initially used to run it as a hall for ping pong. They then decided to build cuisine into the project. Once food had been established as part of the offer, the management decided to deliver fashion shows and weddings.
