Walk for Autism raises awareness in Green Bay

The Autism Society of Northeast Wisconsin (ASNEW) has big plans on the horizon for Green Bay residents seeking to raise awareness and funds for a worthy cause.

The 18th Annual Walk for Autism is set to kick off in a few weeks. It will provide an outdoor activity for locals who want to support ASNEW during its biggest event of the year. The event will provide a path for interested parties to walk in support of autistic individuals in the region while raising awareness of what they experience.

The event will start with registration, with each guest receiving a commemorative shirt upon arrival. It is an open event, and interested parties are encouraged to bring friends and family to participate and support the autism community. Promotional Products are an effective way for event sponsors at such events to engage with attendees and create positive first impressions.

In addition to the walk, guests will enjoy access to raffles, coffee and ice cream trucks, and a bounce house for entertainment. After completing the two-mile walk, vendors will also attend to share and sell their handcrafted wares.

The walk will be held at Green Isle Park on Saturday, September 21. Registration opens at 9:00 AM, and the event concludes at noon. Admission is $18 for adults and $15 for children. Interested parties can RSVP online.
