An evening of curated cheeses and spirits is coming to Green Bay next month, and area residents are invited to attend and indulge.
The Cheese and Spirits Pairing Experience, which is being planned by Paradise North Distillery, is opening registration online to area residents who want to explore different types of cheese and the spirits they are paired with. Each pairing has been curated to take taste buds on a ride. The experience will also seek to shed light on the excellence of Wisconsin’s small businesses.
The evening will start with a welcome mini-cocktail that will help by getting the palate ready for the pairings. The next part of the event will present the five local cheeses that have been matched with different spirits from Paradise North Distillery.
