Green Bay residents who would like to explore their options when it comes to furthering their career may want to save the date for an expo coming up in their area.
Those who come to the Northeast Wisconsin Career Expo will have an opportunity to meet with representatives from a wide variety of companies and organizations that are searching for the right employee to fit their needs. A special early start will be offered to any veterans who would like to attend, and there is no charge for the public to participate.
Since this event will offer those who participate a chance to make a first impression with potential employers, it is advised that they prepare ahead of time and dress to impress. Some of the businesses and groups that will have a representative on site will be conducting interviews, and the organizers of the activity noted that anyone who would like some assistance in polishing their résumé or fine-tuning their interview skills can do so at their local Job Center.
More than 40 employers will have a booth or other display set up during the career expo. A local printer will be able to offer brochure printing and other Print services to anyone who will be a part of an event like this.
Anyone who is interested in taking the next step in their career advancement may wish to make plans to attend this occasion, and it has been planned for October 17. Shopko Hall will serve as the venue for the afternoon.
