Green Bay to host jazz ensemble concert

The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay is excited to announce its upcoming Jazz Ensemble Concert.

Presented by the Sharon J. Resch Institute of Music, the concert will feature a night of the best music and talent the university has to offer, showcasing the UW-Green Bay’s students’ skills under the guidance of the institute’s faculty.

The jazz concert is part of the University’s effort to give students and the surrounding community an enriching cultural experience. The college also sees it as a great way to help students appreciate different cultures by immersing in their music and learning their history. The concert is open to the public, and everyone can join for free.

This event isn’t just seen as a celebration of culture and music. It is hoped that this opportunity will also help jumpstart some students’ careers, especially those interested in pursuing music long-term. When events like this are planned, universities may turn to local printing shops for Posters and Banners to decorate the concert hall.

Scheduled for May 1 at the University Theatre, within Theatre Hall, the University of Wisconsin is promising a hugely enjoyable evening that will bring the community together through their shared love of art. The concert is set to begin at 7:30. If you’re interested in attending the concert, directions and additional information can be found at UW-Green Bay Music Website.
