Fittingly in the state often known as ‘America’s Dairyland’, some of America’s top cheeses will be going head to head in a Green Bay competition that will seek to find the very best.
Cheesemakers from across the USA will be submitting entries into this year’s Cheese Champion contest, and it is expected that the number of entries could well be into the thousands. The public is invited to get in on the excitement, and those who do will have a chance to sample 50 cheeses they might otherwise not have a an opportunity to try.
While the guests at the occasion enjoy trying bites of the assorted cheeses, they can pair them with one of the beers that will be on tap. They will also be able to meet and mingle with the judges who have been tasked with the job of finding the country's best cheese. A cash bar service will be available for anyone who would like to purchase a drink, and the beer and other samples will be complementary.

The KI Convention Center in Green Bay will be welcoming the judges, competitors and ticket holders for this event on March 7. Tickets are $30 each.
