An exploration event is being planned for Green Bay and Brown County, Wisconsin. Residents and those seeking a free learning event are invited to attend.
The Explorer Wednesday adventure series stops in the Green Bay region in a few weeks, offering Brown County residents free admission to the participating museums and a free make-and-take project sponsored by the museums.
The make-and-take project will continue for each guest until supplies run out. The event also dovetails with an immersive gardening course. The course will allow attendees and their children to learn gardening basics from a master gardener from the area. The focus will be on learning native perennial gardening.
The instructor will lead all participants through a learning session for pulling weeds and learning with hands-on techniques. It is an opportunity for registered guests to ask questions and gain more knowledge about gardening. Flyer printing is the best way to raise awareness and spread knowledge of community events like this. Other events offered by the museum include Generations Gallery, Spectacular Science, and Sakaya Ganz: Reclaimed Questions.
The event will be held at The Neville Public Museum on Wednesday, July 3rd, starting at 9:00 AM and ending at 8:00 PM. Registration for tickets is available but not required to book a slot. Interested parties can make registrations for themselves and their kids online.
