Stitching Pals is set to host the 21st annual Quilt Show later this year in Chippewa Valley.
200 quilts, vendors, and unique boutique items will take center stage at the event, with both quilting enthusiasts and local residents, including those of Eau Claire, invited to attend.
Quilts of any size will be accepted and quilters will be required to indicate as to whether their quilts are up for sale or just for display. 10% of the sales will stay with the show proceeds.
Quilters who wish to be part of the event should submit their quilts by September 19th. Entry Forms can be obtained from stitchingpals.com. Organizers of shows such as this may consider using local printing services to design their entry forms.
The quilts should be delivered on September 30th from 3pm to 6pm and on October 1st from 9am to noon. Quilts are to be delivered in a clear or white plastic bag to Northern Wisconsin State Fairgrounds - Expo Hall C.
Stitching Pals Quilt Guild has assured attendees of their safety during the event, as COVID-19 Health requirements will be strictly adhered to.
Free parking will be available, but attendees will have to pay a $5 admission fee.
The event will take place from October 3 to October 4 from 9am to 4pm at Northern Wisconsin Fairgrounds, 225 Edward St. Chippewa Falls.
