Eau Claire creatives and painters looking for an evening of fun will want to make a note in their diaries, as a watercolor workshop is coming to town.
The Watercolor Mandalas workshop, presented by TJ Ford tHE ART Studio, will kick off next month, giving area creatives an opportunity to learn new skills with like-minded individuals and friends. Students will use gel Pens and watercolors to create different mandala designs with guidance from an experienced instructor. The goal is to help each participating artist unlock their inner child.
The host site will be a judgment-free zone to ensure all participants feel comfortable and confident. The workshop leader will demonstrate and explain a few brush techniques to help new painters start on their journey. It is an ideal event for any Eau Claire resident looking for space for creative expression. Print shops can help participants at such workshops make Copies of their finished works to share with friends and family.
The session will begin with a guided meditation and grounding experience to create a relaxing atmosphere. All supplies are included with the ticket cost. Light refreshments will be available throughout the workshop.
The workshop is scheduled for Friday, September 19th, at 6:00 PM. It will be held at 800 Wisconsin Street in Eau Claire. Tickets can be purchased online for $40 per participant.
