Eau Claire fish fans will be able to add to their tank community while both saving money and ensuring their surplus scaly friends will go to a loving home.
The August date for the Trade Your Fish Tuesday initiative has been set by Tropic Waters Pet Center, and it will make it easy for the public to add some new fish to their tank. It will be limited to freshwater species, and any questions can be directed to 715-832-0174.
Each customer who would like to take advantage of this offer can bring in their fish to trade, up to a maximum of five fish from each species carried by the shop. They must be healthy, and the shopper will then be offered a credit of 40 percent of their value towards a future purchase. They will be able to use this savings for 30 days after the trade.
