An organization that believes in the power of youth entrepreneurship has a special evening planned for Eau Claire, and this gala evening will celebrate its local heroes.
The Junior Achievement Hero’s Gala will salute the individuals and businesses that have shown support to the group throughout the year. One of the honorees will be Janice Lemminger, who was named the 2021 JA Hero for her work with local youth.
This in person function will be held at the Florian Gardens, and an online auction is on the agenda as well. Those who are interested in attending the festivities can choose from individual tickets or a Partner Package, which includes having a company’s Logo Design added to its marketing platforms as well as the online Junior Achievement newsletter and social media as well as tickets for up to eight guests.
Including silent or live auctions in an event gives an organization an opportunity to do some fundraising, and many local companies may be happy to help by donating Promotional Products or other gifts in kind. This is an easy way for a business to show its community spirit while also doing a good turn for a not-for-profit group.
The JA Hero’s Gala will be held on February 24, and tickets will be available until February 18. The function's scheduled start time is 5:00 pm.
