Eau Claire residents who are new to golf but have always wanted to play, and seasoned players alike, may want to get involved with an activity that will teach them the fundamentals.
The Get Golf Ready Clinic will run for four sessions over five weeks. The classes will be casual and friendly, and a PGA coach will provide the instruction to the group.
During the workshops, the attendees will learn golf techniques, etiquette, and other skills that may help them to master the game. Booking tee times will be discussed, and everyone will polish their skills on the putting, and driving ranges as well as the golf course itself. Equipment will be supplied if needed, and each participant will receive range balls to use. The fee to register is $125. Wild Ridge Golf Course will be the venue for the lessons.
Learning a new hobby can be a lot of fun, especially when it is done as part of a larger group of new learners. Any materials needed for a class or workshop can be sourced from Print shops, which will also be happy to prepare any Promotional Products required.
This easy introduction to the game of golf will begin on April 4, and will continue on April 11, April 25 and May 2, and registrations may be accepted online.
