Spring fair set to go ahead this year
The Washington State Spring Fair is set to take place for four days this April in Seattle.
The main fair, which was scheduled for last October, was cancelled due to COVID concerns but this one is expected to take place.
The fair features a midway with rides and games for people of all ages. It also has food concessions, musical entertainment, and comedy performances, although these may have a slightly different look to the usual this year.
There are many activities planned for the spring fair. Fiesta Mexican is expected to perform, there will be mini tractor rides for kids and a BBQ playoff. A Farmer for a Day exhibit will allow the public to see what a farmer's day is really like, and the Swifty Swine Racing Pigs and the Dock Dogs will make an appearance.
In addition, Motorsport Mayhem will take place during the last two days of the fair; it features monster trucks. Vendors will also be on hand to sell a variety of general merchandise. To advertise local fairs, Seattle flyer printing firms often provide marketing materials to be distributed.
The Spring Fair will be held at the Washington State Fairgrounds from April 15 to 18. Admission for adults is $11 in advance or $14 at the gate, and $8 or $10 respectively for children between the ages of 6 and 12. Call 253-845-1771 for the latest information.
