Seattle park plans city's earliest egg hunt

Friends of Madison Park is a grassroots level community service group, and this year, it will be boasting a morning of family Easter fun ahead of the crowd.

The organization explained that its egg hunt will be the earliest one planned for Seattle, and it will be set up in the park’s playground. Its agenda is filled with activities, and to give each child a chance, the start times will be staggered.

The families that come out will be able to enjoy the fresh air of early spring, and there will be music and crafting tables set up, and there will be games on the agenda as well. There will be face painters giving the kids a new look, and there will be volunteers on hand to help make sure the activity runs smoothly. The start time for the hunt will be released soon.

As with many community events, the Madison Park Egg Hunt will be counting on the support of volunteers. Branded clothing such as hats or tee shirts can be ordered ahead of an event to wear by those who lend a hand, and a printing services company can also prepare a Logo Design.

This celebration of spring's arrival is scheduled for April 5th, and it will begin at 10:00 am. Interested parents can learn more about the day and also how to register to volunteer on the Friends of Madison Park website.
