Emerald City Comic Con returns to Seattle for another fan event. The event lasts four days, and allows people a chance to visit vendors, meet creators and artists, and watch panels with stars and special guests.
The convention starts on a Thursday and goes through Sunday, with panels and screenings happening throughout the long weekend. The panels cover a variety of topics including anime, Books, TV shows, movies, comic Books, music, and more.
The exhibit hall will feature hundreds of exhibitors, including artists and publishers as well. The exhibitors often carry Business Cards and Flyers to help promote business during and after the event. Exhibitors represent a wide variety of interests, everything from Books and comics to tea and clothing.
There will be a number of special guests at this year’s convention. The guests are categorized into three main categories: literary, comic, and entertainment. Attendees will have a chance to see these special guests speak in panels or possibly meet some of them in person.
This event will likely spill outside of the convention center as well; those in this neighborhood of Seattle may see costumed people walking the streets going to or from the convention. Parking is available in various places, although attendees are encouraged to reserve parking spaces in advance. This event is currently scheduled to begin on Thursday, March 14, and runs through Sunday, March 17.
