Seattle families offered chance to make furry new friend

A group of dedicated volunteers works all year long to give Seattle dogs a second chance, and they have an event on the agenda that may help these pups in need of a new and loving home.

Sierra Fish & Pets has partnered with Ginger's Pet Rescue to host an adoption event. This will provide a chance for the community to learn more about the group and its work, and they may even be able to meet a new, furry member of the family.

The organization explained that it has a wide variety of dogs that need a new place to call their own, and all sorts of sizes and temperaments are available. There are also pets that have special needs that may be a good fit for anyone who has lots of love to share, and they will be able to find out more about this when they stop by the adoption pop-up event. Volunteers will be on hand to help fill out adoption applications and answer questions.

Companion animal rescue and rehoming groups help to fill holes in a community's safety net. Area Stationery printers can work with not-for-profit groups to supply them with the materials they need without having to break the bank.

Sierra Fish and Pets will be hosting this pop-up adoption day on Sunday, June 18. It will welcome the public from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm.
